In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Minimum Age. The v3cuci Platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. By registering an Account or placing any Bet on the Platform, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use.
2.2 Age Verification. v3cuci reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Documents that may be requested include, without limitation, a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. v3cuci may suspend or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory age verification. Accounts confirmed to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any winnings or bonus funds credited to such accounts will be voided.
2.3 Jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. v3cuci makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and v3cuci accepts no liability in such circumstances.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account with v3cuci, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to update your account information promptly in the event of any change. v3cuci reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v3cuci login username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify v3cuci customer support immediately.
3.3 Account Security. v3cuci employs SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Notwithstanding this, v3cuci accepts no liability for unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.4 Verification. v3cuci may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain Platform features. Required documents may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. v3cuci accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice; current available methods are displayed on the Platform's deposit page.
4.2 Deposit Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of deposit. v3cuci is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are set out in the Platform's banking page. v3cuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing large or unusual withdrawals.
4.4 Processing Times. v3cuci aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method and may extend to 3–5 business days for bank transfers. v3cuci accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Player Funds. Player funds held in v3cuci Accounts are segregated from v3cuci's operational capital in accordance with our licensing obligations. This segregation is intended to protect Player funds in the event of v3cuci's insolvency.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available by v3cuci are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer on the Platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, only real money funds may be used to satisfy wagering requirements. Different game types may contribute at different rates to wagering requirements.
5.3 Abuse Prevention. v3cuci reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using systematic betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to claim a bonus.
5.4 Modification of Offers. v3cuci reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred under existing bonus terms.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the v3cuci Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure affecting the outcome of a game or bet, v3cuci reserves the right to void the affected round, game, or wager. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
6.3 Obvious Errors. v3cuci reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that are the result of an obvious error (including manifest pricing errors). v3cuci will notify affected Players and return the staked amount.
6.4 Sportsbook Settlements. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of disputes regarding results, v3cuci's decision, made in good faith based on available official information, is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v3cuci Platform:
v3cuci reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where prohibited activity is suspected and to refer the matter to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the v3cuci Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trade marks, is owned by or licensed to v3cuci and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without v3cuci's prior written consent.
9.1 Platform Availability. v3cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors at all times. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but accept no liability for losses suffered as a result of scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
9.2 Exclusion of Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v3cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from gameplay outcomes.
9.3 Cap on Liability. Where v3cuci's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the v3cuci Platform is governed by the v3cuci Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11.1 Player Responsibility. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. v3cuci encourages all Players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. The Platform is not intended as a means of generating income, and no bet or series of bets should be treated as a financial investment strategy.
11.2 Available Tools. v3cuci provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools within the account settings. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools at any time. Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, take immediate effect and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

12.1 By v3cuci. v3cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) v3cuci is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) the Player's continued use of the Platform presents a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to v3cuci.
12.2 By the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting v3cuci customer support. Any remaining real money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet converted) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification and absence of any ongoing investigation.
v3cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. The date of last amendment is displayed at the top of this page.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which v3cuci is licensed. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of a Player's country of residence.
14.2 Disputes. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should contact v3cuci customer support in the first instance. v3cuci will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under v3cuci's gaming licence.
